Reset Password Instructions
- Open the CM program and log in with the PontemAdmin credentials
- Click Edit on the menu bar
- Select Adjust Preferences
- Click the > next to 'Security'
- Click Users
- Select the user who's password needs to be reset
- Click Edit User button
- Enter the new password and confirm
- Click the OK button
- Click the OK button to close the Preferences window
- Click File on the menu bar
- Select Open an existing Pontem Cemetery Manager...
- Enter the Name and Password and click OK to log in
