- Open the Manage Graves primary workspace
- Navigate to the grave record and open the General detail; you should see the Owner list
- Select the Edit Grave button
- Remove an Owner row in the Owner List:
- Point your mouse at the Owner row that needs to be removed and click to select the row (the row will be highlighted in blue.
- With the Row selected, right-click and select the Remove Row option from the resulting pop-up menu.
- Note: removing a contact from the owner list of the grave record does not remove the record from the database. It only disassociates that contact's record with the grave. If you want to delete a contact from the database, you can do so from the contact's master record which can be found by searching the Manage Address Book workspace.
- After your Owner List is corrected, select the SAVE button in the lower right corner of the Edit Grave page to permanently save your changes.
